How to place an order

There are two avenues to get your order in:

The first is to contact us directly (via email) with your request for a custom order. We will then guide you through the process.

Secondly you can contact us via the website contact page or custom orders page with your order request.

We will be taking orders and payments directly via the website soon

How do I know my ringsize

It is very important to know that you order the correct ringsize as we do not accept responsibility for resizing if you order the incorrect size (This will incur additional costs).

There are many methods available online to measure your finger however most of them are not accurate. The most accurate method for sizing your finger is by using a Jewellers ringsizer. You can visit your nearest jeweller and ask to get your sizing done. Remember to measure the finger you intend to buy the ring for.

How long until I get my order

Almost all of our products are made to order and production typically takes between one to four weeks (from design approval) depending on the item. Custom orders vary in design- and production times however this will be communicated with the client. After production your order will be shipped where normal shipping times will apply.

Which methods of payment are accepted

Payment can be made directly via EFT. Please note we only accept payment that reflects in our account as payment received.

What are your delivery times and shipping costs

Delivery to main centres are 2-3 days.

Delivey to outlying areas are 5 -7 days.

International delivery is 6-9 days.

Shipping times do not reflect time needed for manufacturing which can take 1-4 weeks.
